Visitor:                 Hello! My name is Alexandra Figueroa. I’m have an appointment with Monica Rivera.

Receptionist:     Welcome to the International Business Company.

Receptionist:     Monica Rivera is attending a person in her office. She will here in 10 minutes.  Do you want a coffee, water, or something to drink?

Visitor:                 No, thank you. I need to use a phone. Do you provide me one, please?

Receptionist:     Yes, but the fax as well.

Visitor:                 No, thank you. I only need use the phone.

Receptionist:     Perfect. Here is the phone.

Visitor:                 Thank you very much for the phone.

Receptionist:     Do you want anyone else?

Visitor:                 Yes. I need to know, how far it is the station of this building?

Receptionist:     The station are two miles of here, and 10 minutes in taxi. Do you want one?

Visitor:                                 Yes, thank you, but the taxi is here in 15 minutes?

Receptionist:     I promise to do that.

Receptionist:     Come with me to the office of Monica Rivera, she is available now.
